Don Diestro | ‘No Need / Indecisive’ West Coast Vibe
Los Angeles-based artist, producer, engineer (the list doesn’t really end) Don Diestro is back with his summer project rightfully titled, ‘Dear Summer.’
The entire sound of the project encapsulates the sound of the season, while maintaining the West Coast vibes and bops he’s been around nearly his entire life. One song that stands out to me in particular is, ‘No Need / Indecisive.’ With an incredibly smooth baseline and lofty lead synth, this song is perfect for a ride around the city, a walk in the park with bae, and/or a day at the beach.
Expressive, yet nonchalant in his tone, Don Diestro uses his voice as an instrument on the soft and musical beat. And he does so with the composure of a seasoned veteran, further displaying his ability to keep up with the best.
Don Diestro is a star in the making. Don’t sleep.
