Tajh Virgil | ‘Wife You’ Midwest Artist Making Moves

Tajh Virgil has kept himself busy since dropping his first album, ‘Paradigm‘, in 2018 with various singles to prove it to us. The 24 year old artist from Milwaukee, Wisconsin recently released the single, ‘Wife You,’ on August 6.

Tajh was raised around music with both parents being artists, and officially started making his own music around 2010. He attributes much of his inspiration to his family as well as some majors including Big Sean, Drake, and Jay Z.

The track was originally inspired by the marriage of Tajh’s sister, and he created the single as a wedding gift. Drake’s influences is displayed in the Tajh’s flow as he creates a blend of rhythmical vocals and passionate bars. The artist immediately had me singing along to the catchy beat produced by 17 year old Spxtre Beats, who also happens to be Tajh’s God brother. Not only does Tajh impressively ride the beat, but the fact that this is a refreshing, happy feel on a love song, had me instantly engaged.

The Milwaukee artist has much more to come with plans to drop a few more singles for us before the year ends while working on his second album.
