Hailing from New York, ORG Prophecy is a rapper who delivers his rhymes over multi-genre soundscapes. ORG Prophecy’s lyrics are nothing but transparent as he speaks about his experiences thus far and how he intends on staying resilient in the rap game. ORG (which stands for Organized Radiant Great) Prophecy’s musical journey dates back to his younger years. In that time frame, ORG Prophecy would often pen poems to his crushes, but once he heard hip hop for the first time, his perspective on music changed entirely.
“After hearing the fast-paced percussion and the fantastic lyricism, I began training my pen. Since the age of 13, I have been perfecting my craft and expanding my tastes in music and writing styles,” ORG Prophecy explained to No Days Off Magazine.

His latest release, “Y.K.T.V. (feat. China Marie),” is an example of ORG Prophecy’s ability to blend different sounds, all while staying true to hip-hop’s original form. The lyrics at hand see ORG Prophecy doing a slight flex, (in case others weren’t aware of his prominence.” During the first verse, ORG Prophecy delivers braggadocious rhymes about how he’s “Tyson on mics,” Additionally, the emcee lets it be known that hard work got him to where he is now.
“Eye to eye they can’t compare, they just frauding the hype/This price too precise, your fuckers funny in lights (facts)/I went from bootlegging to tune selling/In two seconds, in a news segment they saw me shooting up mentions,” he spits.
During the second verse, ORG Prophecy pays homage to well-established figures in the world: Big L and Patrice.
“Big L was known as a real MC who valued his identity and character over mainstream acts’ musical tropes. Patrice was a comedian who also spoke about being true to oneself and choosing one’s path based on one’s desires instead of other people’s thoughts,” he says to No Days Off Magazine.
Elsewhere, ORG Prophecy showcases his fighting spirit, proving that no matter the obstacle, he will hurdle over it.
“Under pressure, I’m cozy, under pressure I’m Kobe/I live by the sword, I’ll die when I soar, equally,” he raps.
Sonically, “Y.K.T.V (feat. China Marie)” uses playful electro synths, eerie key chords, a booming bassline, and distinct spacey arrangements. China Marie possesses a melodic autocroon throughout the song.
