KING Yabba | “Cabin Fever”
Bentley Records signee KING Yabba has more than proven that he’s no stranger in terms of making solid hits.
Having already released two albums in 2020 and over 42,000 streams on his discography, KING Yabba is undoubtedly an artist to watch for. In the same light, he’s garnered a massive fanbase because of the various approaches he implements within his music.
To further prove his distinctive sound, KING Yabba released a song titled “Cabin Fever.” The lyrics at hand find the emcee iterating to the females out there that he’s more focused on chasing the check and his dreams than love. Using a slightly hushed autocroon and a bouncy cadence, he spits bars like, “Talking to the mic, I cannot have distractions,” and “Know she already on go, she was dying to meet your folks/But that situation folded/She know that I’m golden.”
Additionally, KING Yabba subtly flexes on his haters and those who once doubted him. At the beginning of “Cabin Fever,” he delivers, “You know Yabba on a hundred ceilings, stratchin’/I just paid my rent but got it from the back end/I might buy a whip just so it’s on my taxes.”
KING Yabba is a hip-hop and R&B artist who is born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He has been making music since his freshman year of high school. Before he decided to create music alone, he collaborated with a collective of rappers, singers, producers, and engineers, whose names are under wraps. Once spring 2020 approached, KING Yabba decided to venture off as a solo artist. Recently, he graduated from Claflin University, where he studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Journalism.
