T James | “Ima Dog”
Alabama rapper T James has such a laser focus for the moolah. When the musician isn’t getting to a bag, he’s sliding on trap-centered beats. The basis of T James’ music takes a peek at his everyday life. Additionally, he speaks about staying ten toes down, the key to success, providing for his loved ones, and getting that paper like Staples. If you enjoy Migos, Gucci Mane, or Pooh Shiesty, you’re bound to be a fan.
Like Thisis50 notes, T James comes from the struggle and is putting it into his music.
Recently, the CEO of real rap dropped a visual for his song, “Ima Dog.” The dark instrumental adheres to the trap genre by carrying a scattered piano chord, steady hi-hats, and a booming bassline.
Lyrically, the Trappin Made It Happen drops confident-ridden bars about his come up. Also, T James speaks about being wary of those he hangs with and calls out the “n*ggas that’s cap and gown.” As expected, the spitter also speaks on his undying hustle, declaring that he’s mastered the ways of earning a massive income.
He raps, “Walked in with blue cheese, yeah my pockets like a salad/I drove four hours with this pack/I get back, b*tch I’m taxin’.”
Deeper into the song, he tells eager buyers that he can supply them with their vices. In turn, they should get their coins ready. He focuses more on stacking his bread and less on finding a girl. The only way a woman would be in the picture is if they’re lending a hand.
T James keeps his eye on the prize to give his family members the best things in life.
He spits, “I ain’t runnin’ out the h*e/You know that paper what I chase.”
Despite all the doubters, he proved them wrong and is now harboring the fruits of his labor.
