BEAAST MOBB’s leader and head honcho, Leash Da BEAAST, created the group intending to maintain a family-like feel. With that, one of the collective’s inspirations is ‘The Godfather’ and all the importance the movie’s characters place on family.
Although BEAAST MOBB isn’t in a life of crime, the utter importance of family values, dedication, loyalty, and protection are one and the same – BEAAST MOBB.
Everything BEAAST MOBB does is done with purpose, from their beautiful music to the meaning behind their stage name. With that, the BEAAST part of the collectives stage name is actually an acronym standing for ‘Be Everyone’s Aspiration And Stay True.’ The BEAAST MOBB strives to be the trend instead of simply following trends. After listening to ‘Everybody Eats,’ you can certainly feel that BEAAST MOBB is crafting music that’s uniquely theirs.
Although BEAAST MOBB has only been creating music together for six months, the blending of each individuals’ style is seamless. You’d think with up to five people on one track, the transition between each artists’ feature would be choppy. However, producers Leash Da BEAAST and BEAT BY OVERDOSE do an exceptional job creating smooth, natural transitions.
When it comes to BEAAST MOBB’s style of music, it’s hard to choose one word that defines their sound. ‘Everybody Eats‘ features a variety of musical influences to satisfy all musical palettes.
