Dallas Fort-Worth Rap Artist ClearLanes is back on the world’s radar with the release of his brand new single “Actin Up“. He was last seen a year ago on Rap Fiesta when he dropped his record “Box Freestyle“, which was an illustrious tribute to Roddy Ricch’s viral hit song. As time passed, ClearLanes has emphatically been leveling up his game. His latest record “Actin Up” is a testament to that. Accompanied by an intimate visual where he shines lyrically and exudes a confidence that is felt through the screen. It’s a record jam packed with energy, and one that will spark your psyche.

Like a true Texan, ClearLanes is spotted donning a vintage Mavericks jersey while lighting up the beat with a fiery 16. He holds nothing back. Bar after bar he’s making it clear that he won’t accept any tarnish on his name. He’s putting haters in his place with this record. At the same time he’s empowering his listeners to do the same. ClearLanes didn’t just deliver an exquisite rap record- it also doubles as an axiom.

We asked ClearLanes where he got the inspiration for “Actin Up'” and he told Rap Fiesta,

“Actin Up” is a classic shoutout to all the haters and trolls out there. To me it was prominent to create my own anthem per say because it’s something every artist faces. Social media has allowed negativity and hate to gain so much power towards another so I felt this was just due. “Actin Up” is just another reminder to the people pursing their dreams to block out the noise, keep pursuing yo purpose and never let anyone tell you what you cannot do. They only hate when your moving in the right direction…hence you got em Actin Up” – Clear Lanes

As a recording artist of Worldwide Exclusive Entertainment, ClearLanes has also been cultivating his podcast BInYourLaneTV aimed towards giving his listeners an opportunity in getting to know the lyrical rapper. His podcast is a creative way of connecting with his audience in intimate fashion, while building the support base to absorb his new releases.
