El Dirty AC | “Dirty Stacks”, An EP Filled With Jams
Indianapolis rapper El Dirty AC has just released his latest EP, “Dirty Stacks” with power producer Scoob Stacks in emphatic fashion. El Dirty AC’s EP is 5-tracks deep of creative word-play, exhilarating symphonies and hard-hitting bangers. His tone reminds us of a young Project Pat infused with more modern melodies and impressive cadences. It’s the type of project that brings instant excitement and draws you in submissively. “Dirty Stacks” is an EP you absolutely won’t want to miss out on.
“Beat all the odds and they lookin surprised. School of hard-knocks I had books in supply” – El Dirty AC
He kicks off “Dirty Stacks” with “Immaculate Guys” and right from the jump your ear drums are filled with the pit-pat quick flows that El Dirty AC unleashes within seconds. He’s tenacious on this record, but understands how we love a good chorus and gives us a taste in the beginning. He then follows with “What You Know” and switches the pace on us with a slower beat, and a versatility we haven’t been exposed to. His hunger is apparent and El Dirty AC clearly has something to prove. He touches on his humble beginnings throughout the record, but the passion in his vocal provides the real punch.
One of our favorite records has to be “Hit List“. The production from Scoob Stacks feel video-game like, and El Dirty AC matches the energy with prominent quickness. Dirty and Scoob are the rap equivalent to 02 Kobe and Shaq- the chemistry in undeniable. This joint in particular is simply a banger. There’s no other way to put it. As soon as you hear it, you’ll have it on repeat- but we can’t help to imagine what’s going to happen to El Dirty AC’s career when the rest of the world gets it’s hands on this record. Overnight sensation is absolutely in the cards for El Dirty, and “Hit List” is surely to help propel the stardom.
Rap Fiesta had the chance to sit down with El Dirty AC and touch on his humble roots, and get the inside scoop on how he came up with his stage name,
I’ve been making music since 2010 but being in and out of jail there were a lot of set backs. I didn’t start taking it serious until 2015 when I dropped my first project and started throwing shows. “Dirty AC” has been my nickname since I was 16 years old and “EL” is Hebrew for God. Combined I translated “EL Dirty AC” to mean “God, Dirt & Air.”
