This record is truly powerful. In addition to its riveting effect, JidScan weaves in and out of flows seamlessly. From rattling off bars like ricochet bullets, to transitioning into a sweet, comforting chorus that almost makes you feel like the world will be alright. His ability to shift vibes on a moments notice is lightning quick.
The Dallas Cooper produced record provides somber keys, and vocal harmonies for JidScan to illustrate his lyrical pain on to. This dude simply oozes talent in a way that will draw you in. Especially on a track that is revolutionary in its call to action, it’s just straight up musically pleasing. This is a track you’d listen to often even if you’re too lazy to listen intently or are incapable of receiving his message, it’s that good.
An artist that pens bars in a way that will touch your soul, is an artist you should listen to. And JidScan is undoubtedly that artist.
