Jraco | ‘Let Me Down’, Rap Fiesta Radio Winner
It’s a pleasure to introduce the first winner of our Rap Fiesta Radio competition on our Instagram live, Jraco. The rapper won by a landslide in votes with his latest single, ‘Let Me Down’ and it wasn’t even close. Viewers were gravitating towards the track’s punk-rap appeal, and heavy Lil Peep influence.
He captured this love ballad nostalgia extremely well. The production beautifully stood out with a memorable acoustic guitar loop that layered seamlessly over Jraco’s luminescent auto-tuned vocals.
He achieved a nice balance that allowed you to witness his polish, but simultaneously feel the sense of rawness in being failed by a loved one. A feeling we all can relate to.
We love when an artist can capture the essence of a feeling, and make sure the song bumps too. Simply put, I can assure you that ‘Let Me Down’ will not let you down.
