One Lou | ‘Goin’ Thru It’, Manifesting Greatness

Florida raised artist One Lou is freshly minted in the Hip-Hop world with the release of his latest record “Goin Thru It'” off his 3rd recorded project “Lessons”. His recent release takes an autobiographical approach on the trials and tribulations he’s faced thus far. He lets his vulnerabilities show & this openness is a strong testament to the type of realness he possesses. Clearly talented and battle-tested, this record is an embodiment for individuals who are figuring it all out while climbing to the top.

I think we can all relate to One Lou’s traumatic life experiences as he tells it trying to remind all of us to keep our heads up when we’re down in the mud. After connecting with One Lou and speaking with the artist about what his inspiration was for writing this musical wonder he told Rap Fiesta,

Being at whits end and knowing no one else is able change your life except for you is what this song is all about. You have to believe your whole life has been set up for you in order to make it out here and you have to realize the you’re the only one capable of making the changes to make that happen- One Lou

Throughout this melodic 3-minute classic hit produced by Andy Chamberlain, Lou expresses what it feels like to be alone with no shoulder or hand to hold while having to figure life out on your own. The way he uses specific analogies and uses the beats melody to weaver his ideas into the manifestation is remarkable.

After listening to “Goin thru it” we’ve come to realize that his biggest inspiration to keep going and making this music for us is his family kids and helping us understand the same things he’s been through. – One Lou

One Lou has been in the game since 2017 and has curated pleasurable symphonies encompassed in 3 full albums with a wide variety of singles to assist in his journey of self-exploration. His goal of showing the world what it means to be broken, while still having the need to fulfill a dream is apparent in ‘Goin’ Thru It’.

After asking One Lou what inspired his stage name he told us that “there can only be one Lou” and we agree and back him 100%. An artist with this type of tenacity comes around rarely, and he deserves the title of being the first of his kind.

This seasoned rapper has a lot of plans in the near future, and after asking what’s next in store he told us,

My next move is to keep at it with marketing my music and improving my skills visually while working on a NEW DELUXE album for lessons.

We are sure the deluxe version of this album is going to be a smash and billboard probable, but for now, all we can do is sit back, relax and sink deep into his melodic teachings of “Lessons” until he releases more.
